    Hi, I'm new to the group, I have not written a blog yet. Wasn't sure what to write, alittle new to online blogging. I read yours first. The soreness will get better. For your fill, do not eat 1 hour before and for the next 24 hour liquids. That's what I was told. And I have had no problems after a fill.
