    :help:I live in oklahoma city and I am not sure how to find a doctor that I could get info from. I am completely new to this and would like to talk to someone about how to get started. I just got insurance and I doubt it will cover any of the surgery but would like to find out the price and how I could pay on my own. Please someone write back with any kind of information for someone who knows nothing. Rebecca
