how is it possible to comment on an individual message; for example, if you want to say, "way to go girl!!!" to a person who has just shared a success. should I remember the person's name and add a comment at the bottom of the page? what is the difference between "quick reply" and "advanced reply"? Where is the kind person who "offered to help" I am not familiar with "threads" or boards, but I desperately want to be a part of your community. I had my lap band proceedure 3 weeks ago and have been really disapointed with the lack of support I have received from the clinic. I hope to learn a lot from all of you, and hope also to find encouragement. I find this process loney and frustrating. about me-I'm 52 married 30 yrs. Two adult kids and two grandchildren. People tell me I have a good sense of humor and am a compassionate person, but right now, I just feel like a failure.

I would be very greatful for your help, I am also a food addict, and 3 weeks into having a lap band placed. Your post is an answer to prayer. Thank you. How will I know if you have posted?

Hi. I'm brand new. I don't know how to post to a comment made by a person that helped answer an initial comment, but thank you to the person who said "don't let tomorrow get in the way of today" I want so much to be part of this community. i don't know anyone who has a lap band, and I feel very discouraged and alone in this process. I was"banded" 3 weeks ago. Thanks in advance everyone.
