  1. I was banded 3 weeks ago. My port incision seems to be taking the longest to heal also. no infection. I had to have some saline removed from my band last week. I didnt realize my Dr put 1cc in at the time the band was placed. I started having trouble with phase II of the post op diet. Better now since fluid is removed. HOWEVER, he did have a difficult time finding the port Because there is still scar tissue there. I wont lie..It hurt!! :thumbup: I am hoping next fill will be better. BUT I havent felt this good in years. Down 22 lbs and tons of energy! :thumbup:
  2. I too had alot of itching from my binder and even broke out in a terrible rash that has finally cleared. I wonder if I may of had a reaction to the surgical scrub they used , too. I recommend wearing one, it does support your abd muscles. Maybe wear over your shirt or wash without detergent. Good luck!:thumbup:
