I have been on the diet roller coaster for about 22 yrs now, since age 13. During those teenage years I did weight trimmers, richard simmons deal a meal and a bunch of low cal and excercise routines. I'd lose 15 but gain 20 back. Then prior to college I did a water pill/appetite suppressant combo followed by many attempts at dieting.  I did a dr. supervised atkins program in the late 90's which was very successful but after intoducing carbs back in, all the weight came back and then some! Then I did weight watchers after baby number 1 and some south beach between 03 and 06.  After baby number 2, I decided that if this was still a struggle, I would consider a surgical solution.  So here I am, 3 days post-op and on the road to my new, healthy life!
