Hello I am 38 (soon to be 39) I started this whole process over a year ago, but lost my medical when my company shut down. Now I am working with insurance so I am back at it! I have already lost 90lbs before I resorted to this, I have kept it all off but I have just hit a wall. I need to lose 8lbs before I can have my surgery. My goal is to be at goal weight by my 40th Birthday!! I am currently hitting the gym and doing the pre surgery diet..... My goal is to have the surgery by end of April begining of May.
