I would say it is more me feeling guilty than the doctor not being nice about it! In the beginning I went lots...but the last year or so I slacked off! You are doing well with your progress! Keep up the good work!

I havent been back to the doctor in MONTHS..possibly almost a year! i absolutely am doing the SAME as you. I can eat whatever I want! To say I am frustrated is an understatment!

OMG!!!! You sound JUST like me...the band is not helping me nearly as much as i thought it would! I am becoming so frustrated. I am going to go in for another fill soon, but certainly never thought I could/would eat like I do!

i just read thru lots of posts here and there is indeed some great info! i was banded in 2008...but am only down about 50 pounds now, it was 60+ but somehow once i got "used" to the band it doesn't seem to do the trick anymore. does anyone have any advice on how to do it. i am journaling since monday! thanks in advacne for any help/advice!

bill, how did you know your band wasn't acting properly? i can eat anything i want. and this is not a good thing. the band has not been effective for me. aside from the first few months!
