so glad to meet you all. I have my list of meds and health concerns ready for my phone consult on Weds. 10/28. I am looking forward to my consult with the doctor on the 3rd of Nov as well. I am going to call my family doc and ask him to send my diet info over so they can check to see if it is acceptable to the insurance company.

I am seeing Dr. Ku 11/03 for my first consult. He seems great so far and am hoping to get quick approval after that. Of course I know it doesn't always work that way but, I am hopeful. I did a 6 month diet with my family doc because I knew it would be required by insurance. I am hoping the except that as my pre surgery diet. It is great to find others in the area. I live in Morgantown. My family doc is in Eleverson. We are neighbors. It is nice to meet you. Sharon

Hello everyone. I am from the Reading area of PA. I am starting out and trying to get insurance approval. I have a consult with Dr. Ku of the Reading Hospital Weightloss Center on 11/03/09. Hoping it won't be long after that that I get a date. I will be 40 11/30 and hope that by 41 I have my weight down and health issues under control. I have 2 children one boy who will be 17 next month and a girl who will be 2 in December. I want to live a long healthy life with my baby girl and my someday to be grandchildren. :cursing:
