Had my surgery 10/13/09, 4 days ago. Am now on full liquids, and though I do feel like I'm hungry sometimes, after a sip or 2 I'm "full". Am so determined to lose weight, so want to make sure I stick to my diet. All the creamed foods I've been eating have upset my stomach since I'm lactose intolerant. Doing some research to find what other full liquids to have. Exercising is next to nil because of my multiple sclerosis and knee joint pain.
