    Hi fellow Ottawa bandsters. I was banded by Dr. Ortiz in Mx in July, and see Dr. Bishop for fills--7.3 cc's so far. I dont feel enough restriction to achieve my weight loss yet. I lost 16 pounds on liquids during the first 3 weeks, and not much since then. I am looking for any advice people have about that "sweet spot". And does anyone get together for support meetings or exercise? Good luck.
