  1. Before having my lapband surgery I had my gallbladder removed and EVERYTHING I ate would go right through me so I started taking a medication called Questrin and it kept me fairly regular. After being banded I find that I am lucky to go to the bathroom every 3-4 days and I too feel like my stomach hurts until I go. I have started taking a small teaspoon of milk of magneisia, I would imigine the way we have changed our eating habits have a lot to do with it, good luck... Lynda
  2. sounds good to me, I was banded 1/11/2010 my email is lyndaayers@bellsouth.net I was going to try to do an invitation to all of you that posted on this if someone knows an easy was to to all of them let me know.
  3. I have been all your posts for several weeks, finally feel like I am part of the group now I saw the Dr yesterday and have a surgery date of Nov 30th. Going to a support group meeting tonight hope to get some ideas on what I can eat for the next 2 weeks, wonder if they will let me put turkey and cranberries in a blender to make it liquid and then pumpkin pie lol Look forward to being a part of your group, I have gotten so many ideas from all of you.
