I am slowly starting to understand my addiction to food. It is really upsetting, but I know that surgery does not fix everything and that I will have to be aware of my addition for the rest of my life.

04/18/10 Almost 8 month post surgery, minus 87 pounds. 3 months until Vegas, trying to get my body ready to wear this bathing suit in public.

Thank you for asking. I am fine...it is hard because I looovvveeee food!!! I am working hard. The fill was not that bad. It was fast and felt like a pinch and a sting. I got 2cc's. I have not really been hungry but I do wanna eat. How are you doing? How is progress?

I met Dr. Moeinolmolki In June, when a friend of mine invited me to go to a seminar with her at GBMC in Maryland. Dr. Mo banded me on 12/11/2009 and did a wonderful job. I have minimal scars. Very pleased. -
Me and my boyfriend, who recently lost 30 lbs. with diet and exercise. Darn those male genes. I have to catch up to him. Watch out Eric.

This is from 2006. I wanted to post this because this is a good comparison pic from then to now. I dont know my exact weight on this one but I think I was probably around 290.

I hate posting this pics because I still have so far to go, but it's amazing to see the difference from where I was. 4 months post-surgery, down 56 lbs

Thanks for the reply. My surgery was 12/11/09. My first bandfill was 01/11/2010. Do you know how many CC's they used? I am waiting for my surgery clinic to call me back with my number.

I just got my first fill today. Liquids for 24 hours. I really wanna eat a cookie.

Congrats on ur surgery. Mine was dec 11. I have only lost 8lbs since the surgery, but I need to do better next month.

I am one month post-op and would like to know how much weight you have lost since your surgery.

Pre-op Weight 12/11/09 (Surgery Date): 244 lbs.
Post-op Weight 01/11/2010 (Post-op): 236 lbs.
Post-op Weight 02/05/2010 (Post-op): 230 lbs.
Post-op Weight 03/15/2010 (Post-op): 226 lbs.
