    Hi JB, what prep? you have me worried now. I have asked about a pre-op diet diet but have not been advised as yet. As soon as I hear anything I will let you know. How you feeling, excited, nervous? I am already struggling with sleeping now, I think it is both of the aforementioned things. I just keep trying to imagine my body in 1 years time and it makes me smile. Speak soon.
