My surgery was last Tuesday. I agree, most of my pain is gone except for where the port is placed. That is still a bit sore. I have lost 15 lbs. since last week, too, and a bit worried it is too much for such a short time. I have been drinking and drinking. Just tired of all liquids and not much selection. Hang in there.

Consider the source...I hope that she will gain all the weight you lose and then perhaps she will keep her mouth shut. Some women can be so vicious! Hang in there....keep focused on YOU and the good things happening in your life. Some people are so miserable they want others around them to be miserable, too!
  3. Collygirl...I'm not a huge fan of protein supplements, either. But, I have found Chike! to be the best tasting protein powder. High in protein and low in calories. I mix it with skim milk in a blender with ice cubes. It is good, considering. You can find it at www.chike.com.
