I was banded september 22,2009. I weighed at 326 pre surgery. As of Dec 22,2009 I am at 250 lbs. I have had only 1 fill. t o me the key is exercise. I still have food cravinings but I eat till i'm full then stop and eat the rest the next meal. I been a active member at the YMCA for 10 years but could not loose wait till the lap band surgery. To me the key is exercise. Start by walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes for 6 days a week. I know the weight will start coming off then.
  2. I'm having the opposite, I had surgery on september 22 and had a bowel movement on 24th and dirrehea every day since then on all liquids
