  1. That sounds great! I try to walk in the mornings before work, but it is hard to do by yourself. I do have 2 doggies I walk with. They are in a dog stroller because one is visually and hearing impaired and has brain damage. But I can walk after work too. I have even walked at the shopping center when it rains. You can give me a call. I am on Oahu tomorrow for a MRI. I plan to go with my sister to the Ladies Night Out at the hospital when I get back. 895-1234
  2. I am from Hawaii - Kamuela on the Big Island. I was banded April 13 and have lost 21 pounds. I was 263 when I decided to lose weight and with the help of Curves got down to 243. Then Curves closed. I lost to 229 before surgery and it has been very slow since. i struggle with what to eat.
  3. Hi! I am also from Kamuela. I was banded in April at 229 and am at 208 now. I started at 263 when i started the process a year ago.
