  1. Thank you for your support. I'm trying to hang in there and hope to see some weight loss results soon! That will boost my self-esteem
  2. I've become a little depressed since my surgery, due to some very severe complications during surgery. Although I was told Laproscopy would work for me, I woke up last Weds to 4 laproscopic inscisions and 25 staples down my stomach. Apparently an artery was cut attempting to complete the surgery laproscopically and I lost about a Liter of blood, needing a blood transfusion. So now I look down at my stomach and see lots of staples and 4 other inscicions that really don't look too attractive. I'm starting to wondering if this was all worth it since I basically had more severe complications than most (there is much more to the story then mentioned) Any helpful advise out there??? Anyone with similar problems?

Today is Sunday the 20th and I will get my lap band on Weds the 23rd. I am very excited but nervous at the same time. Very difficult time with the pro-op diet, but I hope this helps me in the long run. :huh2:
