I have been struggling with my weight since i was in elementary school. In high school I weighed as much as 350 pounds. I have tried every diet out there. The only diet that temporarily worked for me was the Atkins Diet. I dropped 70 pounds and I have managed to keep most of it off by staying highly active. I weighed in this morning at 275 pounds. I will be weighing in at 180 pounds after my surgery.
