Hello Judy M, Congradulations on you goals, there is 2.2Lbs in 1 kg so I have lost 39.6 Lbs and have 96.8-110 Lbs to go And the humidity here is low at the moment it is the dry season here, about October/November it gets really unbearable with about 98% humidity, then the monsoon starts .

I am 39 years old , male and I am 7 weeks into my new life,I have lost 18 kg so far and have 44-50 kg to go. I live in Darwin Australia where the weather is great all year round. I am now finding out what will stay down and what wont.

Hello fellow banders, I must say thankyou to spaldo2 for informing me of this forum. I emailed Andy the other day after seeing him on Today Tonight. I have had the band fitted and I am into my 7th week and feeling great looking forward to hear from you all especially if you reside in or around Darwin.
