    Hi Emma I was banded by Tony Patiniotis on Sept 11 - you will get an information sheet prior to surgery where his advise is basically "anything that can fit up a straw" for the first 2 weeks, so I don't think he seems to be too strict on what we are allowed to drink. Besides, I'm at 11 days banded now and I can only just finish off an Up n Go in one sitting so I'm not particularly fussed about the calories :biggrin: Sarah
