  1. This is definitely hard and I share your desire for something other than liquids but you have to stick with it. I was told to eat 5 times a day but haven't been able to get all those in. Rice and bread are the worst things to east because they can swell and cause problems later. When those pounds start to melt away it WILL be worth it. "You can do it"
  2. I feel for you. I was told rice is a definite no-no because it swells up so much. I would call your doctor's office and talk to them. They can probably give you some good advice. Stay away from anything that swells in water.
  3. I went 1 wk without a bowel movement. I felt so much better after that. They have told me to crush all my pills but that is only for one month then I can resume.
  4. 6 days and I can hardly get them down.
