    A PM is a private message. You can send one by clicking on the picture to the left of a post. I set up my avatar (picture)but it doesn't seen to be working, but I tested clecking o my user name. That will bring up a list, on of them is send a private message. Now back to you and your surgery, what are your specific goals for surgery? Have you decided if you are going to tell everyone in your life about it? Looking forward to helping you.

    Congratulations on your decision to take back your health. This can truly be life-changing! I'd be happy to be there to support you in the process.
