hey every one lets keep this thread alive , i was a bit busy lately , my band has now 6.5 ml and restriction been there since april and its going really good , 90+ lbs lost since dec/2007 might go for a a slight fill in july , hows it going with u guyz ?

mine goes on a monthly basis 3 fills so far , time gap might increase with time , and fills as well will get lower , first one was 2 cc second was 1.5 third was 1 cc and had 2 cc in time of operation , which makes them 6.5 so far in a 10cc heliogast band xD but remember , its a tool to help loosing weight which means there will be a time that we wont loose weight by restriction only , excerecise is a must

any feed back of heligast bandersters would be appreciated

they come in two sizes i have the big one and ithink u have the small one im currently at 5.5 ml as well im 3 months out since surgery , i hope to see more of heliogast bandersters and hearing feedback of them regards

howmany cc's untill good restriction? i know everyone is different , share ur stats

nope , but it might be coz of the lack of pooing i dont know

hello everyone, i have been banded almost 2 months and had my first fill 10 days ago i have a wierd feeling started few days ago , when ever i eat or drink i feel a bit of pain in my lower right side of my abdomen and sometimes in the lower left side , not a big pain that i cant tolerate, its a little bit of pain and it comes after i eat or sip Water and goes away after 15 minutes . has anyone experienced this ? i have 4 cc in a 10 cc band , regards,

just wondering if some guyz in here did tummy tuck , coz all i saw in the forum were ladies , if so how is it like , ? any side effects ? regards
