  1. My op is due on the 30th Sept.. I started my pre op diet today which is basically a 1,000 cal a day diet... It's hard going but I am determined to stick to it (and it's only day one :tongue_smilie:)
     
    Feeling very excited about my op, but already the nerves are kicking in...
