  2. I am having some serious pressure pain around in my chest/stomach area. is this normal at all? i am so close to calling my doctor but its 12:30 AM! has anyone experienced this? i am sort of scared. I havent had a fill yet. 4 weeks post op
  3. banded on the 13th of nov so it has been about 18 days. i am able to eat soft foods now. any good ideas to eat that is good for you? i went to taco bell with my family and just had rice, cheese, and a little bit of sour cream. i cant eat refried beans. think thats ok? i guess the question that i have, is does anyone have good recipes or ideas to eat better? i feel like i can just keep eating and eating and i dont like that! i hope i am not stretching out my stomach or anything. :tongue2:
  4. so I know that you can have like a glass of wine a day, basically just keeping it down to a minimum, but, just wondering how soon do you think it's safe to have a glass of wine (for example). I got banded on the 13th. I should call my doc but, just thought I should ask you guys!
  5. So I got banded on the 13th. I am just ending the 4th day of the clear liquid diet. All I can say is that I am so hungry! Is this normal? I figured it would be since I don't get a fill for a few more weeks. Any suggestions on how you get this hunger to go away? lol
