  1. Hi all So its been almost 6 weeks since i was banded, I was lucky i didnt experience any pain and was back at work the next week. I was weighed for the first time on the 2nd October and in 6 weeks (2 weeks on optifast) and 4 weeks after the op i have lost a total of 22 kilos. I'm getting my first fill next week (22nd Oct) which cant come any sooner as i now seem to be hungry all the time, instead of eating i have a glass of water.
  2. Hi All Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm being banded on September 4th (less than a week away) and i'm so excited. I've been on Optifast for the past 10 days and already lost 5 Kilos
