Im 26 years old and a new mom! Been fighting with losing weight for about 6 years and of course done every diet and everything out there. I have pcos and type 2. I just do not seem to be able to lose weight. I fear hundreds of things and just to name a few....Like the mall! Shorts, bathing suits, people from my past, MY HEALTH. We want to have another child...but getting pregnant just seems to be impossible! So any tips or suggestions I would really love.
