  1. Dear Devastated, I've spent the last 3 months going to doctors and getting approvals for surgery and now, a week before my procedure, UHC has denied my claim! And I've call numerous times and can't get an answer. I'm 39BMI with severe health issues and family history of heart disease. Hospital mentioned doctor to doctor ... does anyone know what this means? Appeal process seems long and hopeless, Devastated in CT
