    I would like to to bring your attention to the gastric band support group moderated at Synergy Bariatrics in Williamsville on the third Tuesday of every month at 6 pm. This is a very popular, topic-driven meeting moderated by a certified bariatric nurse who is also a bariatric surgery patient. Synergy Bariatrics is directed by Dr. Caruana and there are two other surgeons in the group. Of course, you or anyone else who is interested may attend their support group meetings.
