Hi all.. My name is Jerry and I had the LapBand procedure done on October 29th. I thought I could do this on my own and that support groups are for the weak. Well here I am asking for help. I thought getting this band would just make everything easier but I find myself still eating the wrong things and eating to much of it. Sometimes I wonder why I even gotten this procedure if my ways still havent changed.. Well dammit! I am here to tell all you that this is the time it going to change... No more of this.. ! Well I just needed to vent.. See ya around.
