  1. I was a little nervous and almost changed my mind as they were wheeling me into the OR, but I was not actually scared. I am an RN so I have awareness of what happens during sugery. That is helpful, I think.
  2. Hello, all, I am new here. I had my band placed on Tuesday, August 11, 2009. I am three days out. I am having a really good recovery; minimal pain but lots of discomfort from gas. Walking does help relieve it, though. I had my surgery in St. Louis w/ Dr. Scott. I am glad to find this place!
