I have struggled with my weight ever since I got an office job. My body never responded to any form of exercise, I've literally tried everything from personal trainers to home equipment. Also tried medically supervised diets, lost 40 pounds and was sick for 3 months, cost me $1,200. I gained every pound back within a few months, although the weight came back in completely different places. So, I decided to go to a True Results clinic and see what they had to offer. What made the difference to me was that an employee talked to me that day who had been banded. We talked about how it changed her life, without really changing her day-to-day activities. I was sold. Because my insurance would only pay a portion, I had to come up with $5,000. As soon as I did that, I scheduled my surgery. Today is day 12 of being banded. The first week was really rough, but I'm feeling pretty good now. Living off of scrambled eggs and potatoes. Virtually not hungry at all! I'm excited to see how this all works out :-)
