  1. I have not yet done anything additional...however, I am beginning the 5 day pouch test tomorrow. I am going in for a fill in the morning and figured that would be the perfect time to give it a whirl. I managed to gain 5 lbs over the holidays:blink:. That was a real eye opener! You pose an interesting question...looking forward to the responses.
  2. I was banded 6/17/09 and still frequently get left shoulder pain. I was told that my band is stimulating the same nerve that radiates left arm pain when one is having a heart attack. It can be so painful at times! I haven't really found anything to relieve it when it flares but have found it likes to act up when I have eaten too much. So in short it is my full indicator! Hope this helps...if you find any info on relieving the pain....please share! My next fill is 1/08/10.
