    Hi I did a search of Aenta and read this post. How did your case turn out? Did the lawyer help alot? Who was he and what did he do? Right now I'm about half way through Aetna's pre-op reqirement, which for me is three months of supervised excercise and nutritional counceling. I haven't been denid yet but since my bmi is only bout 37-38 I'm expecting the worse. If I am denied I'll definatly get legal advice. thanks Randy
