Good Morning, I just went to the doctor once a month and they weighed me and went over different forms of weight loss and my insurance took that as the 6 month documented diet...it was cheaper than weight watchers or anything else I had looked at. :-) Good Luck. My band is set for August 26th...whooo hoooo
