  1. WOW!!! That is a lot of liquid. I am determined and will stick with it. I am going on a long walk today in my neighborhood. Before surgery, I enjoyed really gulping that cold water when I got hot from walking or working out. I know I can't do that or it will hurt and is probably dangerous. I am going to sip on my water the whole time I am walking. THANKS AGAIN...YOU GUYS ARE SO GREAT.
  2. I just returned home from Meixico last night. I had my surgery with Dr. Rod in Juarez on Monday. I am struggling with getting in both clear liquids and protein. I find that even though I am sipping all day, the sips are so small it takes all day to get in 40-60 oz. I am sure this must get a little easier over time?
