  1. Thanks I'm going to need it. I have a call conference with CIBO on Wednesday, and hoping to work financing out. But my boyfriend and I are already in a lot of debt that he doesn't think 'right now' is such a good time. We're gonna try to do the eating healthy, and excersing.
  2. I dunno why it's not covered actually, I remember reading on this site somewhere when I googled Lap band and ohip that it's not covered because it's considered now "tried and true" ... However I think it's because all good things that help you get healthy i.e Healthy food is just in general more expensive and out of reach! I also know that my personal health care through work does not cover it because it's done by a surgen. Which I find confusing. But I can't complain because in Canada we do have some pretty banging health care.
  3. Hey my name is Tinalyn, I'm an overweight female from Canada. Currently looking into the option of having Lap-band surgery done, but unable to afford it. Just thought I could gather some information and meet new people on this scary journey I wanna take.
