  1. I agree with you. I weigh 235 now and am 5'2''. I also recently had ACL reconstruction surgery 2 years ago, and that extra weight would NOT be good, if i chose to get pregnant now. Plus, i HAVE to learn how to make healthier eathing decisions before i have a baby. Thanks for your response!
  2. My doctor informed me that i should wait 2 years before becoming pregant after having the surgery (i have not had it yet). I did not want to wait this long, as I am 27 now and will be 28 at the end of January, and my husband is anxious to start a family (more so than myself). Has anyone else heard that you can wait a shorter time or does it just depend on how the banding goes for each individual?
  3. I am debating on whether to get the surgery or not. I've been reading many success stories and it's uplifting to hear that, but i guess i'm just scared. Can anyone give me words of encouragement?
