What kind of Protein are you using? Im looking for something that has a coffee taste. Im currently using: nectar strawberry flavored, Nectar Double Stuffed Cookie flavored, and Isopure Double chocolate.

I have told one close friend and my family. Thats it. Didnt want to deal with the negative feedback I was going to get from others, I'm stressed enough.

Prilosec capsules can be opened and mixed with yogurt. I have even mixed mine with jello and just stirred it around.

Sooo glad to see all the posts on here from others that are pregnant and banded. I was banded Oct 2009 and lost 78 pounds when I found out I was pregnant. I am 7 weeks pregnant and had all 5cc taken out of my band at 4 weeks. I thought at the moment that it was the best thing to do but seriously I have NO restriction at all and it is worrying me! Spoke to my OB today and she says she doesn't want me to think about getting a fill for at least another month.

I would love to try!!! I want to lose 20 lbs by Feb 14th!!
