  2. I am from Wollongong and I had my op last year. About the port I still get some pain around the port after fills and when exercising. You need to be very carefull when doing exercise I find different things can cause pain to the port and my left shoulder.
  3. I had mylap band last year. I still get left shoulder pain and with it i get really bad gas. I only way I get reid of it is with massage it works the best and a heat pad
  4. I had my band put in last year. I have not felt hungry since the operation. I find it hard to remember to eat. For a month after my op all I ate was liquid soup then I went onto little lumps. Now I no what foods I can and cant eat. Like bread and red meat for me is a big no no, but everyone is different. I have a fill done once a month, which they dont hurt at all.
