After giving Birth to my last child, my heart was beating irragular, so they found I had a MVP.  Put on meds that took me from 121 to date 232, I have lost myself and I worked out so hard, twice a day but my heart beat was at 40 beats per min. so loosing pounds was impossiable.  I weaned myself off meds thinking I would return to normal wieght, but that never happened, I was stuck and problems to my health started to set in, I always had low blood pressure, and now as of this year I have high blood pressure.  My joints ache and it hurts to do almost anything.  My own doctor, said, "You would be thee perfect canditate for this surgury, and so I am pressing forward with it.  I have lots of questions as to the diet afterwards and does some one have a sample diet I can follow.  Is it all worth the results , I think it will be, I pray it will be.Kindly,Doc
