    I had my lapband done on July 30, 2009. Try to push through the pain and get walking. I would agree, very uncomfortable and I've had 3 c-sections, tubal and gall bladder removed. I'm NOT a big fan of the liquid pain killer the hospital sent home with me, totally useless and over medicated - I've been using Jr. Tylenol chewable. Just a little walking pays off BIG TIME! Promise!
