Apples & Janet, thanks for the comps on my ticker. I have been stuck for awhile. I need to up my exercise. Just haven't been walking as much because it's getting to cold. Do walk 4 days a week on my lunch time. Most weeks yoga x2. Bwhitty, when some one says "oh you can't eat that" I say "I can eat whatever I want, I choose not to" I don't feel deprived that way.
