  1. I don't see what the problem is with low BMI's and the surgery. Im 5'2 and weighed 195 lbs day of surgery on 8/27 and have already dropped 25lbs. I believe this was the best choice for me and do not regret it at all.
  2. Thanks! You all have been alot of help. I start my pre-op on Monday and I'm pretty nervous about it, my brother had the surgery done about 3 years ago and said the pre-op diet was the hardest part! :/

  4. I have a low bmi and was just wondering how much weight people lost during their pre-op diet on average with a low bmi??
