  2. hi everyone - thanks for all the information you've posted. I am not sure if anyone can help with this but I'll give it a go, I'm having terrible problems keeping any meat, poultry or fish down, it feels horribly painful and in the end I vomit (sorry to be gross). My question is this - how long does it take you to eat, say 2-3oz of tuna, I tried chewing and chewing and waiting 30 seconds for my next mouthful but maybe I need to be waiting much longer, say 5 minutes between each mouthful. One thing I did notice was that drinking a hot cup of tea sometimes helped. I have lost almost 100lbs since being banded last August and now I'm stuck and I still have about 50lbs to go and low carbing I think is the only way I'm going to get it shifted. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Shereekim
