  1. Wow! Interesting article. I used them and had pretty much the same experience as Saraboo. In the end, insurance was approved, but working through their phone system or being able to access them administratively wasn't easy. To me it felt like a lot of the issues were "growing pains" related. Hopefully they don't become too much like a mill. I had my surgery with Dr. George Tashjian and I really like him. I think he did a good job and made me feel comfortable throughout. I did meet him before the surgery. Not sure if he is officially with them or a referral doctor. The article raises some concerns about their ownership, which doesn't sit well with the fact that I will be continuing with them to get adjustments, but I'm going to stay positive and give them the benefit of the doubt. I get my first adjustment tomorrow, so I'll continue to evaluate how they operate.
  2. I really like the PURE PROTEIN shakes in cans at GNC. It's got 35g of protein. They come in all types of flavors, cookies and cream is my favorite.
