I am an md who just got banded on june 18th. I am two days post op. Some soreness. Pain pills help except for the supratentorial effects.. Gas x simethicone strips are very helpful.:tongue: Try compazine or phenergan for nasuea. Can I say that beef broth sucks, but chicken not so bad. :unsure:What does seem to amaze me is the differences in some of the post op diets i have read about. I do have a question anybody have any suggestions on faster weightloss after the banding. I mean more excercise, more protein, sooner fills ? just wondering if any one had any decent tips.
