Okay the cheese nips have been kicked to the curb!! Here is my meal: Breakfast: 1 grande decaf skinny latte and 4 oz of a boneless chuck roast I baked Lunch: 1/2 cup or so frozen yogurt with cookie dough chunks, and so many cheese nips its not even funny. Dinner: 4 oz baked turkey breast with skin on, and I might have to have 1 more oz because I am not full. I did my 50 min "Firm - Calorie burning Bootcamp" DVD tonight since it was raining and I didn't feel like walking. It felt soooo gooddd to work my abs again!!! I love crunches!!

New guy, banded 11/20/09. 22 Down 120 to go.
Hi Daniel, Congrads on your first choice and thats doing it!!!! my boyfriend is 6'8', 400 lbs ex football player too and cannot get the band because of insurance reasons, so your very lucky!
-
heyyyy everyone!!!
:smile2: Hi all, I am new here to the 100+ club but not the site! I was banded 1/20/2010. When I decided to get the lapband, I started the journey at 285 lbs (325 was my record highest in 2006). With my insurance carrier Kaiser, I was required to loose 35 lbs pre surgery, and I did it in 6 months! So now since surgery I am down to 232.8, and that leaves 67.8 more of the 120 lbs I want to loose I have NOT had a fill yet before, I am suppose to get one March 4th @ my 6 week checkup. Hope to find more support and info here! I am struggling hard, and have had my share of slip ups!! but it's all in all a learning curve!!

I did it!! 100 lbs. gone!!!

Okay so here's todays meals: Breakfast: 1 grande skinny decaf latte Lunch: 1 boca burger (2 & 1/8 oz), with 1 oz cheddar cheese. 1/8 potato with teaspoon of country crock Dinner: 4 small pieces of cheese bread from Pizza Guys, with 3 oz baked chicken breast. About a tablespoon of ranch. So I deff. agree the bread/carbs has to stop. Once I had the toast yesterday and a potato today I feel a HIGH CRAVING for more. Tomorrow will be a new day. Going to hit the treadmill, lata all!

Good Morning all, Please give me some ideas for stage 4 breakfast. I don't eat eggs, and it seems like that's all it has for ideas in the binder. Was up to 233.6 this morning which I expected after chinese, and I am thinking the toast has to go away also. Lee ~ Congrads on the loss!! whoo hoo!!
