hi guys hope your all ok . im on day 11 now and am eating slim fast 4 breakfast cuppa soup 4 lunch and soup 4 dinner with 3 crispbreads and late evening a yoghurt or custard pot . when can i go on to the next stage and what should i have ??? im so bored of bloody soup !!! pleas give me some ideas .thanks love alex xxxx:rolleyes::crying::rolleyes2:

i have booked my first fill 4 the 23rd of july so thats 4 weeks . i have prob 5 stone 2 loose but wanna loose 6 .im hoping to have reached my goal within the year and sick 2 it the quicker the better 4 me . after the first 3 weeks before my first fill can i eat normally again or is it still the foods they have told us /??Xx:smile::biggrin:

i just dont feel like eating but im sure that will change i am hungry but that could just be the pain im in . hoping each day gets better i cant even pick my baby son up . how sad i love him so much and cant even hold him yet . oh well im gonna be positive now an dhope that this time next week ima size 8 !!! ha ha i wish !!!!! cheers 4 feedback keeps me going xxxx:smile::biggrin:

pain is my wounds i think i feel like i have been run over !!! i cant walk properly and stand up straight . i cant beleieve u had no pain !!! lucky u !!!!!! can i have squash ???? what soups can i have ?????? im taking those horrible pain killers the doc gave me but they do help xxxx:confused::)

hi guys !!1 yeah i was very lucky originally bridget told me 8 weeks and then i called back and she had a cancellation so i took it there and then . but have not done the pre op diet but she says it will be fine xxx

yeah ill deffo get the vitamins as my hair is my pride and joy the one thing i really like bout myself so will deffo keep it looking healthy thanks 4 the tip xx:smile::wink2:
