  1. Hi, to the both of you. I live in Cranston, RI and was banded last Dec and have lost 56pds. ( I am very happy with the weight loss), through this time I had experience many acid reflex issues. I could really use a Buddy to talk with.

    Listen to what everyone is telling you. I am almost a year into my surgery and I have lost about 55 pounds :cursing:. The protien is such a very crucel part of the diet as, well as eating small portion and then waiting 2mins for the next bite.. The reason I am telling you this is I was vomiting at least 3-4 times a week for almost a year. Ug (not fun at all) Best of luck with your weight loss
